What time is check-in / check-out?+
Check-in is anytime between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance for an additional ₱1,000, subject to availability.
What are your rates?+
Sunday–Friday rates scale with your group size: 10–14 guests, ₱15,000 (2 bedrooms); 15–20 guests, ₱18,000 (3 bedrooms); 21–24 guests, ₱20,000 (3 bedrooms); 25–30 guests, ₱23,000 (4 bedrooms), plus ₱600 per additional guest beyond 30. Saturdays and holidays are a fixed ₱30,000 rate for up to 30 guests. Message us for an exact quote for your dates and group size.
How many guests can stay?+
The house comfortably accommodates up to — guests across 4 bedrooms. Rates scale with your group size up to 30 guests, with a ₱600 per-head charge for each additional guest beyond that.
How do I pay?+
After we confirm your dates, we'll send you a secure payment link (Stripe). A deposit secures your booking; the balance is due on arrival unless otherwise arranged.
Are there additional charges?+
A few things are billed separately from the base rate: jacuzzi use is ₱500/hour, a gas stove/LPG is ₱500 if needed (induction cooking is included free), a pet fee of ₱500 per pet applies, and living room air conditioning is optional for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out is ₱1,000.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes, a ₱5,000 refundable security deposit is required at check-in and returned at check-out, subject to a brief inspection.
Is parking available?+
Yes, free private parking is available on the property for up to 10 vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before. No refund within 7 days.
Is the house pet-friendly?+
Yes, pets are welcome for a ₱500 pet fee — just let us know in advance so we can prepare. Assistance animals are always allowed.
What are the house rules?+
Quiet hours run from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. No smoking on the property. We ask that guests clean as you go (CLAYGO) and take out the trash and turn things off before leaving. Commercial photography is welcome.
What should I bring?+
Please bring your own toiletries, towels, and eating utensils.
